DirectionsShake well before each use. Keep cap tightly closed. Keep bottle out of sunlight. Use with PerioTherapy Ge/Toothpaste for best results. Pour PerioTherapy Rinse into measuring cup to 1/2 way point. Rinse thoroughly for 60 seconds and spit out. Take an additional 1/2 measuring cup and gargle for 60 seconds and then spit out.
