Every single unit is QC-ed before being sent out via Pos Laju.
Should you receive a faulty unit damaged during transportation,
(rarely happen) kindly inform seller within
24 hours upon receipt of product.
Failure to do so may result in non-exchangable.

Seller will not be responsible for the items that got lost in mail if buyer chooses the Non-Registered mail option.
If it’s due to wrong mailing address entered into the system by the buyer, and the parcel is returned to seller,
seller shall contact the buyer for a redelivery, at the buyer’s own expense.

 

Warranty Details

 

Warranty 7 days upon receipt against manufacturing defects.
Does not cover damage due to misuse or abuse.

 

Buyer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to Seller,
and Seller will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product to Buyer
during its warranty period if the terms of warranty applies.
