How to order?

1. Colour : Select the colour required for your 5 letters
2. Add Letters : Select if require extra letters
3. Extra Letters : Select the number of extra letters required. If do not require extra letters. select NA 
4. 5 letters : Key in the 5 letters you requie. If you require less than 5 letters, balance will be given in a random letter/ number as a spare
5. Extra letters or NA : If you do not require extra letters, key in NA. Else key in the extra letters you require

Do order early and inflate the foil letter/ number balloons in advance - they can stay inflated for more than 1 week
In case foil letter/ number balloon burst, we will be able to replace the burst foil letter/ number balloon free of charge with free normal Singpost postage or for self collection at Harbourfront.
If require to deliver replacement foil letter/ number balloon to your event premise, a delivery charge of $20-30 applies (please allow at least 3 hours lead time)
