HMB (Calcium B-Hydroxy B-Methylbutyrate Monohydrate) is a potent metabolite of the Brach Chain Amino Acid (BCAA) Leucine and has been shown in scientific studies to promote muscle growth, protect muscle tissue & preserve muscle cells. Research has show HMB to increase maximal oxygen consumption (VO2 max) and improve the respiratory compensation point. Directions
As an adult dietary supplement consume up to three (30 grams daily in divided doses preferably with high protein meals and post workout.
