FAQs

Qn) What is the price for my child?

ANS: This promotion is strictly for adults only.

Kids above 1m in height, it is not free. For kids above 1 metre, it is chargeable as Kid's Price. If your child is above 12 years old and 1.4m, it is considered as Adult Price.

 Qn) Is Snow Crab available?

ANS: We only serve snow crab on weekend dinner.

Other seafood include Half Shell Scallop, Steamed Green Mussel, Steamed White Clams “ Thai Style “ and Boiled Prawns are available.

Qn) Can I use my e-ticket in other Sakura outlets beside the one that I selected?

ANS: No. Redemption can only be made at the selected (printed) outlet on the e-ticket(s). Please choose your outlet carefully before making your purchase.

Qn) If I have a group of 10 persons, how many e-ticket(s) do I need?

ANS: 10 e-tickets needed. 1 e-ticket per person.

Qn) Are e-tickets transferrable? As a Gift?

ANS: For this offer, e-tickets are transferrable.

Qn) Free flow of drinks and dessserts?

ANS: This offer includes free flow of drinks and desserts.

Qn) Must I bring along a printed copy of my e-ticket(s)? 

ANS: Yes. We do require a printed copy of your e-ticket(s). For verification purpose, please ensure that your e-ticket(s) has a well-printed Bar Code on it. Preferably in A4-sized.
 

Qn) Am I allowed to stay over 60 mins?

 ANS: A check-in slip with check-in time indicated will be given. Diners are required to ask for bill within an hour. If the time exceeds 60 mins, full buffet price of $23+ will be imposed. Management has the sole discretion in charging diners who overstayed. No disputes will be entertained.
