                The "Mi goreng" ("stir fry") range of instant noodles by Indomie entered the market in 1983 and are distributed in North America, Europe, Africa, Australasia and various regions in Asia. The brand name "Mi goreng" is Indonesian for "fried noodle", and is based on the Indonesian dish Mie goreng. The brand flavours are sold in varying weight packets, around 85g, and contain two sachets of flavourings. The first sachet has three segments and carries the liquid condiments: sweet soy sauce, chilli sauce, and seasoning oil with garlic flakes. The other sachet has two segments for dry seasoning powder and flake of fried scallion.

Composition :
- Noodles: Wheat flour, vegetable oil, tapioca flour, salt, stabilizer (vegetable and sodium tripolyphosphate), acidity regulator, minerals (iron), coloring (Tartrazine CI 19140), antioxidants (TBHQ).
- Seasoning: sugar, salt, flavor enhancer monosodium glutamate (MSG), garlic powder, onion powder, chicken Flavor (contains flavor enhancers disodium inosinate and guanilat), pepper powder and vitamins (A, B1, B6, B12, Niacin, Acid folate, pantothenic).
- Oil: Vegetable oil and onion.
- Sweet Soy Sauce: Sugar (contain sulphites), water, soy, wheat, salt, herbs and spices, preservative (sodium benzoate), vegetable oil.
- Chili sauce: Cabe, water, sugar, salt, thickener, acidity regulator, seasoning, flavor enhancer (monosodium glutamate, disodium inosinate and guanilat), Flavor, preservative (sodium benzoate and sodium metabisulfite).
- Fried Onions (antioxidant TBHQ)
