艾艾贴 施灸注意事项
1. 饭前后一小时不宜施灸;Do not do 1hours before or after meals.
2. 激烈运动后不能施灸;Do not do after vigorous exercise.
3. 孕妇禁灸;身体发炎、破皮部位禁灸;Do not do if you are pregnant, have infection. Do not use directly on blisters.
4. 极度疲劳、过度饥饿、太渴、醉酒,不宜施灸;Do not do if you are fatigue, starving, dehydrated, or drunk.
5. 妇女月经期一般不宜施灸,痛经或经量少者可灸;Restraint during menstruation unless due to cramp or very little flow.
6. 施灸后立即多饮温开水排毒,一小时内不要碰冷水;Drink more water to detox after moxibusion.
7. 施灸后4-6小时内,艾灸部位不宜碰水、吹风;Do not touch water or bathe or let the wind blow for 4-6 hr after session.
8. 灸后的湿毒水,立即用纸巾擦掉,不宜用手;Wipe away the droplets using a tissue.
9. 施灸期间不吃或少吃寒凉食物:如西瓜、香蕉、螃蟹、冷饮、凉茶等; Restraint from eating watermelon, cold beverage, herbal tea etc
10. 可在空调房施灸,不可对着风扇或空调风口。Can do moxibustion in air con room but not in front of a fan.
