Normal Mail (Local Only)

All normal parcels will be dispatched via Singpost for mailing. Please allow your parcels up to 5 working days to reach you once they have been shipped. Do note that weekends are not working days for the post office and that the weight limit for each normal parcel is at 2kg.

As tracking is not available for this, Taobaowalker will not be held liable for any lost parcels/ damaged items mailed out via this mode of postage. For parcels that have been returned to Taobaowalker by Singpost due to an unsuccessful delivery attempt, please give an allowance of up to three weeks for the parcel to be returned to Taobaowalker.

Registered Mail

The parcels will be dispatched via Singpost and tracking numbers will be given to you once the item has been shipped.

For local orders, please allow your parcels 2-5 working days to reach you. Do note that weekends are not working days.
