Answer : To answer this question,we need to make clear what is the local warranty in deed.Because this concept has been explained very confused by some sellers.There are many sellers who claim to provide local warranty service,but be ware the so called local warranty service is not offical at all.It is not provided by Xiao Mi.Because obviously official warranty service does not charge any extra fee when you purchase.You don't want to believe a seller who do not provide package sealed xiao mi air purifiers because you don't know whether the set you received is a used one or not.All the air purifiers we sell,was and always will be package sealed,The accessories we provide won't mess with the packaging.Just to ensure everything is pure original.There are also sellers who stated the exported sets will not be repaired by xiao mi,we need to say,we even send large quantity xiao mi air purifiers to Singapore local sellers.
Q2: How long does the delivery take.
Answer: The orders will be sent via Qxpress,which takes about 5 - 7 days to deliver.
