1) Product
- Apparels might have a difference of 1-1.5” in size measurement from our size chart, please note that this is not defected.
- Please handwash all Loving Anne apparels without soaking.
- Photos on the website may not be exactly identical to actual products as there may be a slight variation of colours due to lightings and settings.
- No cancellation of orders is allowed once payment is made.
- Please provide with your contact (email or phone number) for us in case the product that you have chosen is sold out.
2) Local Delivery
- We use Singpost/Speedpost for our delivery.
- You can choose from normal or registered delivery. We highly recommend registered mail since it is safer and buyers are able to track their article.
- Please take note that we are not responsible for lost mails.
3) Exchange Policy
- We do not accept Exchange/Returns, unless due to manufacturing/tailor defects (“Please note if apparel has a difference of 1-1.5” in size measurement from our size chart, this item is not defected”)
- Please refer closely to the provided measurement.
- Goods due to manufacturing/tailor defects can only be exchanged to same product upon availability, else of another product that is equal or lesser or value. Buyer to top up if product for exchange is of greater value.
- All exchanges have to be done within 7 days after delivery in original packaging and tags. Item must be brand new, not worn or washed.
- No returns are done due to unsuitability.
