What it does:
Apply 2 Second Nail Primer before your base coat and start with a clean slate. The fast-evaporating formula removes dirt, oil, and residue from nails, resulting in a longer-lasting manicure.

What it is formulated WITHOUT:
- Parabens
- Sulfates

What else you need to know:
2 Second Nail Primer does not contain formaldehyde, formaldehyde resin, toluene, dbp (dibutyl phthlate) or camphor, and is not tested on animals.
