Delicious in kombu shoyu soy sauce broth (dashi), stir fries, salads, soups, with a favorite sauce, or sprinkled with gomasio (sesame salt). Low sodium / a good source of protein. Eminently versatile and pure.

Directions
To Prepare Cook in boiling water 8 to 10 minutes or until tender, drain, rinse and serve.
