1. If items are in stock， we will check quality again and then arrange shipment in 48 hours. If not， a few more days may be needed. Any way， we will ship out your order within the time we declare on our store.

2. Regarding Shipping:

   If you want to get the goods fast， please kindly choose Express Shipping Way(DHL/FedEx/UPS);
   If you mind the shipping cost，  you can choose Post which is economy， but probabley always slower than Express;
   At this period， it hard to ship batteries by Air Post， now we can only ship batteries to following countries by China Post Special Line. These countries are: Russia， Belarus， Ukraine， Poland， Moldova， Armenia， Finland， Lithuania， Kazakhstan， Turkmenistan， Kyrgyzstan， Uzbekistan， Tajikistan， Romania.
   If you are from other countries and need bulk batteries in large quantity(i.e. order larger than 1000us$)， please contact us， we can use UPS.

3. Normally， we declare the product value less than the true value on customs declaration when shipped by air post， to avoid customs fee for you. And we do not charge any local tariff. If you have any specific demand， please contact us before shipping.

4. Please let us know if you do not receive the items within 20 working days after shipment arranged， and then we could check it for you.

5. Customer satisfaction is most important to us. Your five stars positive feedback will be highly appreciated. Negative feedback does not solve anything and will badly affect our store， if there is any question， please just feel free to let us know， we are always willing to work things out， thanks a million for your attention

Returns:

We do our best to serve our each customer the best that we can.

We will refund you for items returned within 7 days of you receiving them， for any reason. A full refund will be given if items are returned in their original condition.

Merchandise which is damaged or missing components is not refundable.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping with proper packaging.

On receiving items， we will refund you immediately.

Warranty & Maintenance:

We provide 1 month replacement and 6 months maintenance warranties. Items can be replaced during the first month or maintained for the first year.

Buyers are only responsible for the return shipping fees for warranty items.

Before returning items， please make sure you get our (the seller’s) return address， and write “gift” on the delivery detail sheet. Please use regular postal service and send us the tracking number. As soon as we receive the items， we will repair or exchange them ASAP.
