Warranty by Superway

- Claim to be made within 7 days from date of receipt the item

- Only For Damaged/defective goods and wrong item received

- Only replacement will be provided

- Returned if change of mind will not be accepted.

- It does not cover any form physical damage to the goods unintentional

or otherwise.

For warranty claims:

provide the following details: 

- Name 

- Contact number 

- Delivery address 

- Order Number 

- Details of the fault

- Attached Invoice/Order Delivery/ Consignment Note

- Attached photo / video of faulty product

STEP 2: Return shipping fee will be borne by the customer and we

recommend that a registered delivery service (with tracking number) be

used. The returned product must be accompanied with its original

packaging (merchandise sticker still intact) and provided accessories

otherwise will not be accepted.

STEP 3: Once we receive returns product will contact buyer to confirm

with it, item will be replaced if a claim is made within 7 days of the

purchase.
