The second rule is that at no time can a large disc be place on a smaller one, but you can place any disc anywhere as long as the bottom one is larger. When the monks had finished their work of moving the whole tower from its starting place to its destination, at that very moment, the tower collapses and turns to dust and the world will cease to exist. Start by moving only one disk at a time and remember that at no time can a large disc be placed on top of a smaller one.
