
Saporoso, the Balsamic Condiment Malpighi, aged in wooden
barrels for 6 years and 6 months in steel barrels. The high quality of
the Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena. The smell is intense,
the taste is sour with shade of wild flowers, grass and mustard.
Saporoso is obtained from juice of grape Lambrusco Grasparossa
and grape Trebbiano Modenese. The density it syrupy, the colour is
deep brown and limpid.
