Wear this compression band anywhere you have pain to alleviate discomfort and train through injuries.

Hammy Bands are made from the same material as the Reactive Slingshot. These bands are a larger version of the Slingshot Cuffs and come one band per pack.

Tightly measure your un-flexed thigh where you plan to wear the band. The band should fit tightly around the intended body part. Order the same size band as the measurement around the area of the body for support and order one size smaller for compression. For example, if you measure 16" inches around your thigh where you would like to place the band order a 16" band for general support and a 14" band for compression.
