if you only want TV function ， please make sure your TV has "audio out " function ， or 
hole. if you use set top box ， also make sure has audio out function . (or you have any transfer way to implement audio out function .)
the main reason cause noise: 1. connect the wrong way with TV. 2， low battery ，change new battery .
