• Items will be posted out within 1-2 business days upon receiving the orders
• Seller will not be responsible for any parcel lost using normal mail and strictly no refund the items if mail is lost. Registered mail is highly recommended.
• Please note that any orders made after 3pm on friday will only be sent out on monday

Exchange and Return

•   Any exchanges please send an email to us (we only process exchanges through emails) 
•   All exchanges pricing will be based on date of purchase
•   Promo item is not exchangeable unless defect and any item tampered to claim defect will not be  processed
•   Buyer will pay for postage for exchanges
•   All exchanges will be done through posting and sorry no meetup
•   Exchange only accepted if requested within 14 days after receiving the items
•   All replacement item will only be posted out after receiving return package
•   Any refund will only be processed after item is returned back
