Supports healthy homocysteine levels. Helps to promote vitamin B12 intake. Provides 1500 mg of betaine and 75 mg of choline per day. Includes 50 mg of vitamin B6, 800 mcg of vitamin B12 and 400 mcg of folate (from Metafolin®) per day.
