Step 1: Place toe on soft part of Velcro where tip of toe is even with top of Strap. Gently straighten toe and wrap Velcro over to secure. Then gently pull toe back towards Ankle with sling in the direction needed to straighten toe.
Step 2：Wrap Sling around your ankle, and then back around toe. Make sure tip of strap is over tip of toe.
Step 3: Secure end of sling on strap at ankle. This exercise holds the toe in traction, GENTLY stretching and bringing the toe back to its normal state.
