Description

Budae Jjigae is one of Korea most popular hot pot dish that has gained popularity internationally. This dish incorporates ham, sausages, baked beans and ramen in a spicy soup base. A dish with a very fascinating story of the dark past during the Korean War where food was scarce, it still very popular to this day and has since evolve with a variety of ingredients in it. This stew could served about 2-3 person and with an option of either beef or pork.


Preparation

Put the ingredients into a pot.
Add approx. 1litre of water.
Heat up until the soup starts to boil.
Add in the ramen and boil for another 3-4 mins.
