Product usage status
1. The first open shaving cover will complete one or both of the following steps, depending on how blunt the blades are blunt.
400 grit for rough sharpening: Suitable for blunt knife.
Start rough 400 stones of stone, use light pressure to move the blade up and down the stone at an angle of 10 - 30 °.
Generally sharpen tool at coarse stage every 6 months as necessary.
600 grit for fine honing: It is a necessary step to remove the burrs of the knife, we recommend that you do it once a week to make the blades smoother and bright.
2. Clean kitchen knife with water or wiper, dry after use, wipe knife sharpener with handrail brush.
