It shapes in a natural contour, provides the "lift and separate" fit that looks good under clothing, and the straps stay put. They are also wide and padded enough to not dig in. Cons: The back isn't as wide as I would like. The band is on the narrow side, and so doesn't have any smoothing aspect to it. The wires have very little padding - just a thin layer of fabric really. Because of these two features, the bra is not comfortable for me to wear for long periods of time. The back digs in a bit (even though it lays pretty flat on my skin), and the wires get uncomfortable. It does look good, however, so for shorter periods of wear (up to maybe 4 or 5 hours), it's fine. I've found some wirefree styles that give the same or better fit and support, which was a surprise to me. They also have much greater all day comfort.
