Ewawa's Policy
Our Products

6) We will try our very best to ensure the products quality before sending out via courier service
from our warehouse.
Customer Order
1) Once order is confirmed, Qoo10 will send an electronic acknowledgement to the customer
upon sucessful submission of the electronic order.
2) We will email inform the customer and refund the amount paid if the order
have to be cancelled due to the unavailability of goods.
3) We shall not honour any cancellations once the order is confirmed and submitted by the
customer.
Delivery Time
1) We will mail out your order within 1-3 working day after payment confirmed.
Delivery takes abt 2-10 working days.

1) Delivery to Singapore addresses will be handled by SingPost (Normal Mail)
and Qxpress.
2) Customers are encouraged to option for Qxpress
to avoid any lost mail.
A: Normal Mail (non-traceable, seller will not be responsible to the lost mail)
1) Parcel will be delivered to the letterbox directly. For large parcel which cannot be fit in
the letterbox, the postman will deliver to your doorstep. If delivery is unsuccessful
(nobody is at home), the postman MAY leave a collection slip at your door for collection
at the nearest post office. No tracking number is available for normal mail.

Exchange /Replacement (Notify via email : ewawa_q10@yahoo.com.sg)
1) All items sold are NON REFUNDABLE unless due to Manufacturer's defect / wrong items
mailed / paid item is out of stock.
2) We reserved the rights to REJECT any exchange or replacement request due to the following:-
(i) Reviews/comments for the order/ purchases have been made.
(ii) Personal dislike,slight colour differences,cutting issues.
(iii) Thread fray ends,wrinkles,slight mis-alignment of the seams,minor unobvious
washable stains, minor tears on seams which can be self stiched/repair,
(iv) Slight discolouration of graphic print on the tee-shirts.
3) Kindly notify us for all the exchange request via email ( ewawa_q10@yahoo.com.sg ) only ;
within 3 days upon received the product; clearly stating your order details(Cart/order No.)
,together with the imageof the defective item.
4 ) Customer will need to borned for the postage fees incurred for exchange.
5) We will process and mail out exchange item upon received all the postage charges incurred
and the defective/exchange item.
6) We will not be liable for any lost mail via Normal Postage or item not delivered due to wrong
address provided by customer.
