With MD301, there are 2 indicators for you to tell you when to change your cartridge.
1. New: The flow rate indicator with green (above image) showing a good flow rate, and orange (below image) showing a low flow rate.

2. Standard: The Countdown indicator starts counting down from 900 litres as that is the optimum number of litres of water puririfed. Once you start using the water purifier, the Countdown will start. In the above image, you would have used 810 litres of water, leaving 90 litres. The flow rate indicator also shows orange, indicating a low flow rate.

When to change: When you see the orange (below image) light up or when you see the countdown go to 0, whichever is earlier.

cartridge is the one that you will need to replace every few months, depending on usage.

We are selling "Filter only" option as we have received several requests for it. This option is for existing users who already have a replacement cartridge at home. We will remove the cartridge before sending.

If you are a new Cleansui user, please order "Filter + 1 cartridge" to receive the complete box. There is only 1 cartridge, NO extra cartridge.
