All products are produced by us. Even the leather strap(Cow leather) are color by our own to make it more unique. We support save the earth concept, therefore if any of our products are spoilt, please don't throw it as we will try our best to fix it for you for FREE. However, we will not bear the postage and parts fees.
Terms and Conditions
Shipping Condition
KimHands will include normal postage for all items. We will buy cert of posting for all orders, therefore we will not be liable for any loss of normal mails during transits. It is recommended to opt for registered mail to minimize risk of lost mails.
Items will be delivered within 1-2 days after payment is made. Once after the items have posted out, we will provide you the pic of the cert via whatsapp.
Items Condition
Due to differences in resolution and lightings, there may be slight differences to the true color of the products posted.
As all items are handmade, there may be minimal differences in measurements.
Goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
