How to consume:
 5 pills a day, you are recommended to consume with cold/warm water before dinner (for people who easily have excess gastric acid, it is recommended to consume after a meal), or consume at night when drinking alcohol

Advised Consumption Amount:
Under normal circumstance, for body weight below 50kg, consume 5 pills each time, one time per day.
