Exchange / Return:
-All item will be inspected for manufacturing defect,prior to posting out.
-Item sold cannot be fully refunded.
Case 1:
-Exchange and cost will be borned by Bling Shop-
1) if wrong item were delivered by Bling Shop or
2) Manufacturing defect
The following reason may not be consider as manufacturing defect:
-minor stain (light color especially). Stain not larger than a 10 cents coins diameter.
-Claim that the cutting and design is not up to expectation.
-Minor thread frays at the ends, wrinkles, slight mis-align of the seams.
-Minor color different.
Case 2:
-We allow exchange if the size doesn't fit you or you simply do not like the design.
-All the exchange items have to be sent back to Bling Shop via Registered Mail. All postage fee shall be borned by buyer inclusive of the returning mail postage fee which cost $4 ($2.24 (registered article) + $1.50(postage + 7%Handling Fee).
-Buyer has to top up the differences if the exchange item is at higher value. However, we are not able to do the refund / cash back if your exchanged item value is lower than the returned item.
-Buyer will have to wait for 10-30days for the exchanged item as we need to re-order the apparel from the factory.
-All exchange request must received by email at blinggirl@live.com.sg within 3 days after you received the parcel. Please do not send the dress back to us until we accept your exchange request.
-Any packet received that do not conform with our rules of exchange will be ignore.
