Bra Sizing Guide
The nursing bra size you need depends on two measurements.
Step 1: Find your band measurement
Place the tape measure around your chest and under your arms. Hold the tape measure snugly. Stand up straight and breathe normally. This is your band measurement. If it is an uneven number, round it up to the next even number. For example, if the band measurement is 33 inches, then round up to 34 inches.
Step 2: Find your cup measurement
Now bring the tape measure around the fullest part of your breasts, across the nipples to get your bust measurement. Subtract the band measurement from this bust measurement. The difference, in inches, between the band measurement and the bust measurement will determine your cup size, as shown in the chart below.
E.g. if the band measurement is 34 inches and bust measurement is 37 inches, the difference is 3 inches, which means your cup size is C and your bra size is 34C.

| Difference between your band measurement and bust measurement | Cup Size |
| 1 inch | A |
| 2 inches | B |
| 3 inches | C |
| 4 inches | D |
| 5 inches | E |
