Made with whole oats and sweetened with bananas and hazelnuts this pancake is loaded with potassium andfiber. With only 200 calories per serving our Banana Hazelnut Mix has a sweet nutty flavor whilemodestly packing 20 grams of protein and 4 grams of fiber in each serving.
Suggested Use
Pancakes
Whisk 1 cup mix (2 servings) with 2/3 cup cold water until well blended.
Heat griddle to low heat (285-295F).
Pour batter into 3-4 four inch pancakes on lightly greased pre-heated griddle.
Cook until no more bubbles are forming in the center and edges look dry. (About 3 minutes.) Flip and cook until golden brown.
For Thinner Pancakes:
Add 1-2 Tbsp of water until a desired consistency is reached.
Make It Your Own:
Add chocolate chips fruit nuts or whatever you like to make it your own.
Want More Protein
For 25 g Protein:
Reduce water by 2 Tbsp and add 1 large egg

Replace water with fat free milk.
For 34 g Protein:
Replace water with fat free milk reducing liquid by 2 Tbsp and add 1 large egg.
