The 52IN blade-sweep has a 14-degree pitch for optimal air movement. A 172mm x 20mm motor will provide the quiet power you need. Airflow measures 5408 Cubic Feet Per Minute (on high), and uses 64-watts on high (excluding any lights). The Airflow efficiency is 85 Cubic Feet Per Minute Per Watt on high. This fan is operated by a pull-chain which controls the three-speeds of the ceiling fan, and forward and reverse. Optional wall and hand-held remote controls are available, and can be purchased separately. 300161BAB includes one 6IN down rod, 5 blades, integrated light kit, and four 40W candelabra base incandescent bulbs. 300161BAB comes one per package, and can mount on a slope with a 7/12 pitch, or 30-degrees. This ceiling is low ceiling adaptable using the optional Flush Mount accessory 337008 which can be purchased separately.
