PINLO smart wifi plug gives you control of your lights and small appliances whenever you want, wherever you choose, with tons of options for scheduling and automation. Paired with alexa, you can control your lamps and appliances with just the power of your voice. No central hub or subscription is required. Pinlo Smart Plug includes an on/off switch on the unit, in case the Wi-Fi goes down. Works with any smartphone or tablet with Apple iOS 8 or higher and Android 4.2 or higher.

Caution:
1. PINLO smart plugs don't support 5G network, if your Wi-Fi router is Dual-band, please select 2.4G network on phone to add the device.
2. If the devices cannot connect to the App, press and hold the power button 6 seconds, repeat Wi-Fi configuration when the indicator light blink.
3. App compatible versions Available for Android 4.2 and above, iOS 8.0 and above. Some Android tablets may not compatible due to the peculiar Android OS.
4. For the first time use. Please make sure the devices are connected to the same Wi-Fi on which your smart phone is connected. After first time set up, you can use other WIFI, 2G, 3G, 4G on your smart phone to control the plugs.

Router diagnose:
Our products do not support Web page authentication.
If your Wi-Fi router is Dual-band router, please select 2.4G network on phone to add the device. Also turn ON the Wi-Fi. Please do not hide it.
Please set your router wireless encryption method as follows:
Type WPA2-PSK, authentication type: AES, or setting automatically. Wireless mode can not be 11n only. To enable Wi-Fi router DHCP dynamic assignment IP service.
AP Isolation uncheck.
Please keep your router under good signal, please do not keep the device far away from your router.
Please check the connected devices numbers. If it is above router limit then please close some connected devices and retry
