T4 Continuation of the Turbine series style, the 4th generation of Turbine mainly targets the bass. Adopting all titanized 57mm diaphragm to strengthen the bass, together with ANC active noise cancelling, turbine 4th generation enables users to enjoy wonderful music. What's more, it uses TYPE-C three in one interface which is easy to control and supports rapid charging when headphone is in low battery condition. Shipping and Handling


- Item will be send out within 1 - 2 business day (Monday - Friday excluding Public Holiday) after receive clear payment.
- Buyer are to ensure that their address is correct before making payment.
- If the item bounce back due to incorrect address or non-claim etc, buyer will need to pay the additional charges to re-send the item.
- Singpost delivery will usually take 2 - 5 business days if there is no delay by Singpost.
- Qxpress will usually take 2- 4 business days.
- TA-Q-BIN / Ninja Van courier will usually take 2 - 3 business days.
- Free postage for Singpost normal mail (To letterbox) in Singapore.
- We will not be responsible for any lost mail if buyer did not take up registered mail or courier delivery since Singpost normal mail does not have any tracking number to trace the status.




Exchange

- For all exchange, buyer are to contact us within 14 days starting from the day that you have receive the item. 
- Buyer will need to provide the reasons/details for exchange and subject to our approval.
- Buyer will be responsible for the return delivery cost.
- Replacement item will only be mail back after receive the return item. 
- No refund will be given except for item out of stocks and all return must be in its original package/condition.
- Item returned and found not to be in its original package/condition will be rejected and returned at buyer expense. 
- Any missing items or accessories will be subject to a charge.
