Thermostatic Rod Principle Description:

    The lower 2/3 part of the rod is heated wire， the position of upper 1/3 are temperature sensing device， when the temperature reaches the set temperature， it will automatically disconnect the power supply， when the temperature is below the set temperature， it will start heat immediately， the temperature of the heating wire is about 300 degrees， if you put it into distiller\'s grains directly， it will kill the yeast lees， so there is a need of thermostatic casing filled with water to keep the constant temperature . For example: temperature is 30 degree， automatically disconnect the power， in another words the water in the rod is always thermostatic 30 degrees. Achieve constant temperature heating.

Thermostatic rod Instructions for use:

      Thermostatic rod usage: firstly fill the thermostatic casing with water， then insert the heating rods.
      The main function of the thermostatic rod is to keep the constant temperature， so there is a need of insulation layer outside the barrel， such as quilts， etc.， so as to maintain the temperature for better fermentation. The thicker the insulation layer， the higher the temperature， which means save more electricity.
      In the winter， when we use the thermostatic rod to ferment， the grain and water temperature is kept at about 30-35 degrees， and then insert thermostatic rod into the fermentation tank. Also add an insulation layer outside the barrel.
