Samsung's HMX-W350 Waterproof Pocket Camcorder is a budget-friendly companion for under-the-sea adventures.
That being said, the W350 takes equally stunning videos and stills on land.
In addition to recording down to 16' the W350 is also shock and dustproof - an especially important feature when shooting around sand.
Other not-to-be-overlooked features include the floating bumper on the camera and the armband - both designed to protect
and keep the camera from getting lost in the watery-depths. The HMX-W350 sports a 5Mp BSI CMOS super low light sensor that
records 1080p 30 fps video and up to 5.5Mp still images. No matter what you're shooting, however, all files are stored to microSD
memory cards. A 29.6mm wide-angle, anti-fog lens helps you capture images with clarity, while the 1.3" LCD gives you a platform
on which to compose and review your scenes. The camera also features digital image stabilization which prevents hand-shake and
blur so common in video, especially when recording in unstable under-water environments. When you're ready to show what you've
shot the built-in USB arm connects to your computer's USB port for editing and sharing via email or social media sites.
