EXCHANGE OR RETURN POLICY:

1.  Due to hygiene issues, strictly no exhcange for underwears. Please check size and color carefully before purchasing. In the event that a wrong item or colour has been sent, buyer may request for an exchange via email to: charmingprincess.dh@gmail.com with a photograph of the item upon receiving should buyer decided not to accept the item.  *All items will be inspected carefully prior to posting out.
2.  Buyer to bear the return postage fee.  Upon receiving the wrong item sent, seller will proceed to mail out the original requested item.  Should the original requested item been sold out, buyer could request for an alternative item with the same value.
3.  Charming Princess undertakes to check and ensure that item is in good condition before sending out buyer's order.
4.  All orders will be mailed out according to the address as shown in Qoo10's system.  Request for change in address is not allowed once item has been sent.
5.  No exchange/refund should the product is not in original condition i.e. has been worned, washed, stained, damaged or tag being removed.
6.  No exchange after 7 days from the date of delivery.

 

EXCHANGE EXCLUSIONS:

 1.  MEASUREMENT IS SUBJECT TO MAX 2-3CM ERROR TOLERANCE DEPENDING ON INDIVIDUAL MEASUREMENT METHOD OR PRODUCT BATCH.

2.  THE COLORS YOU SEE ON THE MONITOR MAY BE SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT FROM THE ACTUAL COLORS OF THE GOODS.

3.  PROMOTIONAL/AUCTION ITEMS CANNOT BE EXCHANGED OR REFUNDED.

 

HOW TO REQUEST FOR EXCHANGE:

1.  ALL EXCHANGE REQUESTS MUST BE SENT VIA EMAIL TO: charmingprincess.dh@gmail.com UPON RECEIVING THE GOODS.  

    ~NO EXCHANGE AFTER 7 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY.

    ~NO EXCHANGE IF ITEM HAS BEEN WORN, STAINED, WASHED OR DAMAGED.

2.  THE CUSTOMER SHALL BEAR FULL DELIVERY CHARGES IF THE ITEMS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE.

Buyers are to take your own risks for choosing Singpost Normal Mail service. We will not be responsible for any lost/damage caused by Singpost.  Non-refundable and we could not guarantee on their period of time to deliver your items.  It's up-to Singpost to arrange. In normal circumstances; you could receive it within 2-5 working days but a small numbers of the buyers may receive their orders in a slightly longer period time; 2-3 weeks or even a month.  Postage is cheap but non-trackable.
