Instruction on How to Use
For First Time Users
1) Remove clothing or other items from your washer before use.
2) Open 2 bags of our Washing Machine Cleaner and pour into the drum.
3) Set your Washing Machine water level to high and under the Mode for Wash only.
(Recommended to use warm water in your cleaning process.)
4) Let it soak for 2 - 3 hours for best results in cleaning the Washing Machine.
5)Drain off the water and set your mode under Wash and Rinse.
6) Repeat for 1 more full cycle wash again if you see substances left behind bottom of your drum after first cycle. (You should not see any brown flakey substances floating when you wash your drum.)
With these few steps, you will have a cleaned washing machine drum.
Use 1 bag per month for regular cleaning to maintain your drum from dirt and odour.
** Please Note:-
You may need to repeat a few times if your washing machine has not been washed for more than a year or with mildew that cause odour, infested with algae and fungi.
For Monthly Users
1) Remove clothing or other items from your washer before use.
2) Open 1 bags of our Washing Machine Cleaner and pour into the drum.
3) Set your Washing Machine water level to high and under the Mode for Wash only.
(Recommended to use warm water in your cleaning process.)
4) Let it soak for 2 - 3 hours for best results in cleaning the Washing Machine.
5)Drain off the water and set your mode under Wash and Rinse.
6) Repeat for cycle wash again if you see substances left behind bottom of your drum after first cycle.
(You should not see any brown flakey substances floating when you have clean your drum.)
** After the whole cleaning process is done, your washing machine would have thoroughly rinse off this cleaning powder and it will be clean and safe for washing your laundry in.

IT WORKS!!!!!!!!
I tried as per your instruction...
Step 1:
Set it to "Wash" with level 3 (there is 4 level). Off the machine and add the rest with hot water so that when mix it will be warm enough.
Step 2:
Add 2 packets of Sparkles and wait for 3 hours
Step 3:
Set the washing machine to "Rinse" so that it will drain all the excess water.
Step 4:
Set to tub cleaning. After it completes I saw lots of brown residue at the bottom of the tub and in the filter. Cleaned whatever I could and I remebered u recommended to put in a towel while doing the tub cleaning. So I did the tub cleaning for the 2nd time with a towel inside. At last the tub is clean and no more brown residue. Tried on washing small towels first and I could actually smell the fragrance from Downy! So happy... Thanks you so much!

Hi,
I got ur smartpac today and I immediately used it to clean my washing machine. Still in soaking process though...
Amazing results. I didn't use warm water though but I can still see those brown substances floating up. My washer can hold up to 50L of water, I think I were to boil water using my 1.7L of flask, I think I got to boil it many times. So I use all straight from the tap and it still works wonders. I have recommended it to my friends and posted it on my facebook wall. So glad I have made the choice to buy. Will be ordering more in time to come... Cheers.

Hello!!
We got the items and used it immediately!
My hubby and i were testing the products and we had fun cleaning our tub!
We decided to see how effective this powder worked.. So we dismantled the fliter and jus shaked it in the water, there's obvious dirt removed jus by shaking! So hubby took the toothbrush and scrubed, and the fliter is as gd as new! No joke! We are glad we found this item!
On top of that, my hands were not dry after dipping for some time in the water! It jus shows that its mild but still does wonders!
Its our first time using it and im getting more for my family to share with them this product!

I was really amazed by how powerful the powder can do the trick. After the 1st cycle, I get my daughter to see the brown 'dirt' on the bottom of the washing machine. She was so shocked. After the final cycle, I showed her again & she looked with wide eyes & mouth wide opened. She was surprised to see the before & after.
