Omega-3 KIDS, is naturally orange flavoured, and provides 100 mg of EPA and 50 mg of DHA. This balanced blend is perfect for growing children, and the softgel capsules are kid-sized for easy swallowing.

EACH SOFTGEL CONTAINS
Fish Oil Concentrate* (Anchovy, Sardine, and/or Mackerel) 250mg
Omega-3 Fatty Acids 150mg (Providing EPA 100mg, DHA 50mg)

* Molecularly distilled, ultra purified.

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Softgel capsule (gelatin, glycerin, purified water, natural orange flavour), Vitamin E.

RECOMMENDED DOSAGE
Children 6 years & older: Take 1 softgel, 1 to 4 times daily, or as directed by a physician. 

Adults: Take 4 softgels, 1 to 3 times daily, or as directed by a physician. 

CAUTIONS
People with hemophilia should not take fish oils as they are natural blood thinners. If you are on blood thinning medication, consult your physician before supplementing with fish oil.
