Tokyo, April 21, 2014 — Casio Computer Co., Ltd., announced today the release of new additions to its BABY-G line of shock-resistant watches for women. The new watches, BA-111GGA, BA-111GGB, and BA-111GGC, are collaboration models created with Girls’ Generation, the pop group which is the face of BABY-G advertising.

Girls’ Generation is a highly versatile girl pop group whose members not only sing, but also appear as models and actresses on TV, in commercials, and in films. They enjoy wide popularity around the world, especially in Asia. In July 2012, Casio signed Girls’ Generation as the face of BABY-G, as the group is the ideal match for the “Tough & Cool” concept of the BABY-G brand.

The BA-111GGA, BA-111GGB, and BA-111GGC watches feature a multidimensional face design that conveys a cool look in black, neon green, and neon orange. All three models have a black face and reflect the pop, active image of Girls’ Generation. Further, the back plates are engraved with the signatures of members of Girls’ Generation (a different one for each model), and each watch comes with special packaging that includes a photograph with the signature of a member of Girls’ Generation and a custom easel, enabling people to enjoy these watches as collectors’ items.
