FAQ

Question: I put in new batteries into the device， but when I turn it on it stays on for 7 seconds and shuts off.

Answer :

The device has a self-protection system. If you don't connect the electrode wire and put the pads touch with your skin before turn on the device，it will shuts off in 5-7 seconds to protect the machine and save power. So please according to the following steps and try again:
1. Connect the electrode wire and the electrode pads.
2. Put the pads on your body， let pads touch your skin.
3. Turn on the device， and it will work well.
