The blaze orange panel can be attached to the pack even when it''s in the compact mode, to give an extra element of safety when hunting. Note: This zip in panel, the J3EP, fits recent Eberlestock model J-type packs, including J104, J105, J34, JP9, and J107 packs. However, please note, early J1s and first-generation J104s have a different zipper are not compatible (requires a different zip in panel the J4EP).
