It mixes easily in my shaker and the chocolate tastes great even with just water. The vanilla is good with fruit in it. The low amount of sugar is great and there is no aftertaste like some others I have tried. It is hard to find protein powders that taste good and are gluten free and soy free, which is what caught my attention (along with vegan) in the first place.
