Borneo Acacia ActiveRaw Honey is raw honey is honey that is unheated and unprocessed.

It is pure honey where nothing has been added or removed. To be raw, honey should not be heated above temperatures one would normal find in a hive (approximately 95 degrees F).Unheated, “raw” honey contains all the vital ingredients that give it its healthful properties and wonderful aroma.

婆罗马占天然原始蜂蜜（也称封盖蜜）是指蜜蜂采花蜜后,将其装到巢房中,经蜜蜂反复酿造7天的时间、脱水,使含水量降至20%以下,并使双糖充分转化为单糖,葡萄糖和果糖总的含量达70%以上成为封盖蜂蜜.这种蜂蜜在分离时，要求蜜脾百分之80为封盖蜂蜜。

What’s raw honey? 天然原始蜜的特点

Raw honey is the most original sweet liquid that honeybees produce from the concentrated nectar of flowers. Collected straight from the extractor; it is totally unheated, unpasteurized, unprocessed honey.

An alkaline-forming food, this type of honey contains ingredients similar to those found in fruits, which become alkaline in the digestive system.

天然原始蜜是指经过蜜蜂充分酿造后的蜂蜜.蜜蜂把蜜酿造好后会集中储藏在蜂房中, 并用蜂蜡封盖.此时取蜜必须用割蜜刀割除蜜盖, 成熟蜂蜜久放后会结晶 (蜂蜜整体的凝结), 无需经过任何加工, 并可长期保存而不变质。大多数蜂农取成熟蜜费工费事,同时对蜜的产量影响很大,因此成为是市场上最抢手的蜂蜜。

Governed by the regulation of the world’s most authoritative and influential certification organization, i.e. ECOCERT organic certification (in EU) and USDA organic certification (in USA), we uphold the strictest quality standards when it comes to the overall production process of our Acacia Mangium honey, from bee-keeping to the sales of honey products, including bee breeders, breeding environment, feed, sealing and medication, honey harvesting, storage, transportation, processing, and retailing.

In the entire breeding process, the bee-keeping staff must be familiar with organic breeding management.

Natural environment must be kept clean without pollution, and the feed bees consume must also be organic. Moreover, illegal drugs should not be used on the bees; specialised equipment, tools and utensils are needed when harvesting honey; and any addition of non-organic substances during processing should be strictly controlled.

The most stringent requirement is that there should never be any antibiotics and pesticide substances allowed in the honey.
