Q. What is the PH level of One step pad?
PH level 4.0±0.5, and It contains 1% of Betaine salicylate, mild exfoliator.
Q. Who do you recommend for it?
- Oily and acne prone skin : Betaine Salicylate component wipes away dead skin cells that causes acne. Using the pad brightens skin tone and purifies skin without irritation. After buffing your face, also use it for neck and other acne-prone area.
- Get rid of your acne : Some people use pimple pad to their acne treatment. Betaine salicylate, can reduce acne and exfoliate dead skin cells. By using pimple pads, you can get rid of your acne.

Q. Is it toner or make up tissue?
We basically designed One step pimple clear pad as a toner, but It can be used as a cleansing tissue (makeup) also. But do NOT use it as eye remover and don’t forget to do double cleansing for beautiful skin.
Q. How can I use it?
- As a toner:
After washing your face, in the toner stage, use one step pimple clear pad to wipe the whole face. and tap gently to absorb it well. Move onto the regular skincare step. To prevent the liquids from drying out, close the lid tightly on after you have used it.
- As a make up tissue (removing makeup wastes and impurities):
If your skin tends to get oily in the afternoon, pick one sheet of pad and gently remove excessive oils and sebum. feel the freshness and prepare perfect canvas for the makeup with One step pimple clear pad. To prevent the liquids from drying out, close the lid tightly on after you have used it.
Q. Do I have to rinse my skin after using it?
You don’t have to rinse off. Tap the liquid gently and proceed your next skincare steps.
Q. There’s two sided in one sheet, what is this for?

Q. How many times can I use One step pad ?
You can use it everyday, and use up to 3 times in a day. Limit the usage to 1-2 times for dry skin or teenagers per day, Proceed with regular skin care without rinsing off.
Q. Do I have to wear sunscreen?
We recommend to wear sunscreen after applying BHA products.
Q. Can I use other BHA Product with One step pad?
Yes, You can use AHA/BHA Toner or A-Sol with One step pad. However, BHA Liquid is quite strong exfoliator, we don’t recommend to use it with One step pads.
Q. Can I use One step pimple clear pad with Vitamin C serum?
As for the Vitamin C product, Each product may have different vitamin C content. Our product, Vitamin C20, is in low pH level which is around a pH level of 3.5, and has high exfoliating function. So it may irritate the skin by using One step pimple clear pad at the same time. Therefore, we recommend you to use it every other day or use it on the problem areas after applying vitamin serum to entire face.
Q. Is it safe to use One Step Pimple Clear Pad for pregnant and breastfeeding mom?
We don’t recommend BHA and AHA both to use during pregnancy and breastfeeding mom.
