Flavorful, comforting, gentle, traditional chamomile tea is made with German chamomile flowers. A versatile herb, chamomile is also an ingredient in shampoos and conditioners for light colored hair, in skin care creams and lotions, and in relaxing bath blends.

Directions
To use as a tea, pour 1 cup boiling water over 2 tsp. of herb, cover and steep 3-5 minutes.
Suggested Uses: Chamomile can be used in both teas and potpourris. The flowers have a pleasant fruity flavor in tea. They add both color and aroma in potpourris.
