The company claimed that this pillow would help comfort this problem and they were exactly correct. My wife loves it and I am thinking about getting one for myself! The gel really stays cool and while not overly large, it's very nice to sleep on. (I steal hers for naps)! As well, I thought I was going to have to pick this up at the store.
