I have been packing it back and forth to our cabin, and decided to buy another so it is one less thing to pack. What I can say is, IF you break it in you Will be happy. Yes, the first week or so is terrible. Bend it, roll it, sit on it! Get the memory foam working. I have neck issues and have struggled for years to find "the pillow". This is perfect for me. I sometimes sleep on my side, sometimes on my back, NEVER on my tummy. If you take the time, you will have your AHHH moment every night. My broke in one is at the cabin now, it is perfect in every way a pillow should be, my home pillow is a work in progress, but I know I will be happy soon. My husband was able to cut off about 1 inch off the top of the pillow. Now it is great. I am able to sleep better. I've tried a tempur-pedic pillow and this seems as good if not better than what I had. My head sinks into it a little without it being too hard. The cover material is well made and of course being memory foam, it keeps bouncing back. It is different than most pillows as it has a traditional and a neck support side which I like depending on how I am feeling. It is about 1/2 as thick as a normal pillow - maybe even 1/3, so it gives a very flat appearance that does not fill out a normal pillowcase. It's OK for stacking at the back of a bunch of pillows, and it is very comfortable for a back/side sleeper like me, but it looks strange just by itself.
