The Muffler/Diffuser is shop vacuum attachment that is designed to help control the exhausting airflow from a vac. This vacuum muffler diffuser attaches to most wet dry vacuums with a standard 2-1/2-inch blowing port for quieter operation and less concentrated exhaust. This reduces the affects of the exhaust on uncollected dirt and debris. It attachment also reduces the air noise coming from the vacuum, but does not change the motor noise.
