Made from Dolcetto varietal. "Dolcetto" means "little swee one" though this grape is usually used for making dry wines with good tannins and moderate acidity. It is a wine with an intense ruby red colour and violet reflexes. To the nose it is very vinous with viiolet sensations, and highlights of mature fruits such as cherries and blackberries. Full and structured in the mouth, an important wine which softly wraps the sweet notes of fruits like raspberry and bilberry. The low yield of the vine and scrupulous attention during the wine process, characterize the Dolcetto with a concentration and softness of a noteworthy intensity, a vintage cru which allows itself to be drunk immediately or in a few years. Limited production 9706 bottles.
